Freedom of speech

This week Jack Straw MP, former foreign secretary has stated that the grooming of young girls for sex by Pakistani Muslims is a problem. As you can imagine he has received the usual accusation of racism. This is a problem in many towns around the north of England and has been for a number of years, but unfortunately many who know about this problem have been too afraid to speak out about it. It is a shame that Jack Straw didn't say anything when he was in government.

For a number of years now Muslim gangs have driven around the towns and cities of northern England looking for vulnerable young girls to pick up for sex, some of these girls have been as young as 11. The police have stated that they have cases of this sort of thing happening as far back as 1996. Mr Straw has been accused of being inflammatory or stereotyping.

These attackers have been labeled as 'Asian', in using the word Asian these men could be Sikhs, Hindus, Chinese, etc but they are not, they are Muslims. These Muslims have not just preyed on white girls but also Sikhs and Hindus too.

The main reason why these Muslim men attack white women is because they are seen as 'sluts'. Mohammed Shafiq, chief executive of the Ramadhan Foundation says 'these people think that white girls have fewer morals and are less valuable than our girls'. In essence they view white women as playthings, they do not view them as human. I think this highlights many issues within Muslim society, especially the treatment of women.

In our right-on liberal society, feminists and other liberals are very quick to shout and holler when women are seen to be discriminated against. But many Muslim women are treated abominably within their local communities, and have very little rights. We have seen the growth of Muslim extremism throughout the world, and in many places Sharia law has become the prevailing ideology. This ideology is very strict, and women who live under Sharia law have very little if any human rights. The only sound from the feminists and liberals is the cry of 'racist' or 'bigot' when anyone like Jack Straw complains.

The shame of it all is, this sort of behaviour is still happening, but because of our multicultural society those who would like to speak out against it are drowned out by those who are more concerned about this hideous ideology. I think this sums up the topsy turvy society in which we live and unfortunately this sickeningly behaviour will continue.
